Sweet Flag Circle
PROJECT DETAILSThis new construction was a collaboration with a local builder—designed from the ground up with intention behind every selection. From flooring and trim to the white oak ceiling beams, each layer was considered early, setting the tone for what the home would become.
The palette leans neutral, but not flat. A classic black marble in a herringbone pattern anchors the main spaces, framed with a tailored cove detail that adds just enough structure. It’s a backdrop designed to feel timeless, but still distinct.
In the kitchen, warmth comes through in the mix—deep-stained hickory paired with a soft, creamy perimeter. A classic zellige tile backsplash brings texture, while champagne bronze accents add a subtle polish without feeling overstated. That same sense of depth carries into the primary bath, where material and tone do the heavy lifting—quietly layered, cohesive, and built to last.
