The client wanted a home that was modern, but not sterile. Simple at its core, with bold moves in the right places. The kitchen leads that charge: deep blue cabinetry paired with a white oak island, grounded by a classic black subway tile backsplash and finished with champagne gold hardware. In the living area, the wood mantels were hand selected from a reclaimed Maker’s Mark Distillery barn.
In the primary bath, symmetry takes center stage. Mirrored vanities sit opposite one another, creating a layout that feels both intentional and highly functional. Matte black tile wraps the walls in an organic pattern, while black marble in the shower adds depth and a sense of quiet luxury—more spa than statement.
