Vernon Lofts
PROJECT DETAILSWhen we first stepped into this space, it was definitely showing it’s age. But, with the help of a skilled contractor we dug right in.
Three lofts, each with its own point of view, were tied together through tone and material, so the project as a whole felt cohesive but not uniform. Moody greens, deep blues, and rich wood carried that continuity without being repetitive.
Original details led the way. Custom arched wood doors were designed to echo the existing openings. Ten-inch baseboards were recreated to match what once was. Throughout, the approach was less about adding and more about restoring a sense of weight and presence. Tile played a big role—deep in color, heavy in texture, and intentionally a bit dramatic. Spaces are color drenched, with modern lighting layered in to bring contrast and clarity where it’s needed.
